On January 10, the annual meeting of the Smart Retail Alliance of Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities Economic Circle and the kick-off meeting of cooperation in developing new forms of teaching materials, jointly sponsored by Luzhou Vocational and Technical College and Chongqing City Vocational College, were held at the Sichuan South Public Training Base of Luzhou Vocational and Technical College. On the spot, Chen Zhijun made the "Report on the Work of the Chengdu-Chongqing Region Twin Cities Economic Circle Smart Retail Alliance 2021". Mr. Lu Shilun introduced the 2022 Annual Work Plan of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities Economic Circle Smart Retail Alliance. Enterprise representative Zhao Wantong, director of CNKI Sichuan Branch, delivered a keynote report on "Strengthening Digital Empowerment to Serve High-Quality Development - Construction and Sharing of "Professional Mass Production and Education Big Data Service Platform".

It is understood that the alliance relies on industry associations, vocational colleges and universities, large and medium-sized enterprises in Chengdu and Chongqing, integrates teaching, scientific research, production management, and other resources, faces the new economic development needs represented by new technology, new industry, new mode, and new industry, promotes industrial transformation, integration of industry and education, promotion of "1+X" certificate, construction of credit bank, etc., and promotes the integration of government, school, enterprise, and line resources and the construction of credit bank.
