Recently, Guang’an People’s Hospital was awarded the title of "Cerebral Hemorrhage Surgical Diagnosis and Treatment Center" by the Institute of Hospital Management of National Health Commission in the "Project Launch Meeting and the Establishment Meeting of the Expert Committee of the Project".This indicates that the comprehensive treatment ability of hemorrhagic cerebrovascular diseases in the neurosurgery department of this hospital has been fully affirmed by the expert committee.

Wang Haiquan, director of the neurosurgery department of the hospital, attended the meeting and received the certificate of "Intracerebral Hemorrhage Surgical Diagnosis and Treatment Ability Improvement Project" issued by the Institute of Hospital Management of the National Health Commission.It is reported that the purpose of this meeting is to improve the status quo of "high incidence and high rate of death and disability" of patients with cerebral hemorrhage in China and promote the comprehensive improvement of the treatment ability of hemorrhagic cerebrovascular diseases and the quality and safety control of single diseases by carrying out the research work of improving the ability of surgical treatment of cerebral hemorrhage in China.

Wang Haiquan said that the hospital, as the construction unit of "Cerebral Hemorrhage Surgical Diagnosis and Treatment Center", will promote the construction of the center with high quality in accordance with relevant national standards and targets and tasks, further improve the ability of hemorrhagic stroke treatment and neurological severe treatment in Guang 'an City, and promote standardized management. Efforts should be made to implement the major strategy of "One Million Reduction of Disability" and reduce the "three high" status of patients with hemorrhagic cerebrovascular diseases.

According to introduction, Neurosurgery Department of Guang’an People’s Hospital is the largest and strongest technical force neurosurgery disease treatment center,with 63 open beds, professional NICU intensive care unit, a number of doctors, masters, excellent medical technical personnel with senior titles and a large number of high-end advanced medical facilities.
