According to the notice, people from medium-high risk areas who have entered or returned to Sichuan and those whose "Sichuan Tianfu Health Certificate" has been red or yellow codes should immediately report to their villages or communities and actively cooperate with the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures such as nucleic acid testing, quarantine control and health monitoring.Those who conceal, lie or delay in reporting the epidemic, or prevent prevention and control workers from performing their duties, will be held legally responsible.

In terms of prevention and control, the notice requires the implementation of the first station responsibility system, and traffic operators should carry out screening, information registration, health monitoring and information reporting for passengers from medium-high risk areas entering or returning to Sichuan. Medical institutions have implemented the pre-examination triage and first-diagnosis responsibility system, and patients in fever clinics must be kept under observation before the feedback of nucleic acid test results. Retail pharmacies (including online sales) should register with their real names for the sale of 4 types of drugs, such as antipyretic, cough, antiviral and antibiotic.

In reducing the flow of gathering, the "notice" requires the province at all levels of party and government staff, state-owned enterprises and institutions employees to take the lead and do not leave Sichuan under unnecessary occasions.Control the frequency and scale of meetings, reduce dinner parties, and do not hold all kinds of large-scale activities if they are not necessary.Tourist attractions strictly implement the measures of "booking, limiting the flow and changing the peak", and postpone the group travel across the province.Medical institutions, pension institutions, entry and exit ports, shopping malls supermarkets, hotels, dining place, the farmer's market, tourism scenic spots such as foot traffic in public places, cinema, theater, game hall, KTV, bar, cafe, chess room and other places of entertainment, airport, passenger transport station, railway stations, subway stations, ports and other transportation terminal.
